Allandale
This classic central Austin neighborhood surrounds Shoal Creek in a shady setting with mature trees. This area was originally developed in the 40′s through the 60′s so homes tend to be mid century ranches.
Prices have been relatively stable during the last couple of years with the median sold price in the low 300′s.
Noise from Mopac / Loop 1 may be an issue at the western edge of the neighborhood.
