Wrapping up 4511 Gillis We’re in the final stages of finish out, which always seems to take longer than expected. There are hundreds of little tasks that tend to chew up time. We finally found a suitable concrete contractor to install the driveway that the city added to our list of to-dos. Once that’s done we can install

This week Scott and crew are well into the final finish out. The biggest change was the floors. They managed to match the original oak floors and extended them into the new dining area. Although Scott and crew got a lot accomplished this week there’s not a lot to see. The biggest accomplishment is that the Sheetrock is up and passed inspection. Scott said that the inspector complimented him on the job in the shower. It seems that he has to cite a lot of builders for using nails
