Hyde Park

Hyde Park was originally platted in 1891 and intended as an exclusive suburb, but over time was largely populated by more modest homes. Most of the homes in the area are 1930′s and 40′s bungalows, many of them extensively remodeled.

This area is one of the most popular central Austin neighborhoods which is reflected in the relatively high average sold price per square foot.
